EXPLORING ANIMALS IN SPANISH

March was an exciting month at our little school as we dedicated our activities to the fascinating world of animals EN ESPAÑOL! Here's a glimpse into the materials and resources we used to engage our young learners.

  • BOOKS from our beautiful Spanish Book Store MALETA BOOKS

We introduced a variety of animal-themed books that sparked curiosity and imagination. Some favorites included: PIPA Y OTTO.

  • SONGS

Music is a wonderful way to make learning fun! We sang catchy animal songs, such as:

    • UN ELEFANTE (123 Andres)

    • CAMINANDO POR LA SELVA (Super Simple Español)

  • GAMES

To reinforce our animal theme, we incorporated interactive gam

    • Animal Charades: Children took turns acting out different animals while others guessed which one it was. This game boosted their confidence and creativity.

    • Animal Bingo: A fun way to learn animal names and sounds while practicing listening skills with colorful bingo cards.

  • CRAFTS

We also engaged in creative crafts, such as making animal masks and creating a classroom mural depicting various habitats. These activities allowed the children to express themselves artistically while learning about the environments different animals live in.

March was a wonderful month filled with laughter, learning, and exploration of the animal kingdom. These materials and activities not only enriched our curriculum but also fostered a love for learning in our young students. We look forward to more exciting themes in the coming months!
